5 star review We have been going to Florida for family vacations for years and this house is by far the best house we have rented. Our grandchildren loved their rooms and their own bathroom! The movie room was amazing and we loved watching movies together! The pool and spa were truly heated! We have had problems in the past with pools that were too cold for swimming! The house was exactly as the pictures show! You will not be disappointed with this house! Eddy was amazing to work with! We actually had car trouble on our last Sunday there and he was so helpful in assisting us with a tow truck and a place to get it worked on. We plan to rent this house again! Thank you letting us share this amazing home for our family Christmas and New Year vacation! We had a blast! Danna

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 30 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.
Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating has a daily fee and must be on consecutive days.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

We cannot Rave enough
We cannot Rave enough about the Villa. We were looking for a Star Wars themed house close to the parks. This house delivered. It was centrally located, immaculately clean, and had every modern amenity we needed. The house is decorated professionally. We were very comfortable and so happy to call it home for the week we were in Disney. Eddy was available for any questions or recommendations which was greatly appreciated. Definitely a five star rated house.
This place is the BEST
I have to say it was by far the BEST place we stayed so far. My family were very sad to leave. The listing is very accurate and very CLEAN! The quiet neighborhood, spectacular views, convenient home set up, all the extra amenities....were great. We have rented many homes and the Owner was very quick to respond to any question I had. When do you get a owner call to see if you and your guests are ok. Mr. Eddy is Awesome. You will not be disappointed! my rate is 5 star

Wow, what an outer space experience I had staying at this place!!!! First, check-in was a breeze, and the lovely email Eddy sent to me was very thoughtful. The place was so clean, and the theater room was out of this world. It was so close to all the locations I needed to go to, and if I had any questions to ask Eddy, he answered them all for me. This home gives you a true vacation feel with its décor and wonderful amenities! The theater room is amazing and the private pool was fun and refreshing. My family and I were entertained at all time without having to leave the home. The entire house was spotless and the Host was very informative and quick to respond. Home was well appointed. Very clean. The pool at the home was great as was the water slide and pool at the clubhouse. Kids had an amazing time. They loved the movie theater and themed bedrooms. Furnishings were much nicer than expected. We felt right at home.
