I have to say it was by far the BEST place we stayed so far. My family were very sad to leave. The listing is very accurate and very CLEAN! The quiet neighborhood, spectacular views, convenient home set up, all the extra amenities....were great. We have rented many homes and the Owner was very quick to respond to any question I had. When do you get a owner call to see if you and your guests are ok. Mr. Eddy is Awesome. You will not be disappointed! my rate is 5 star

This complete resort feel home features a two master suites with bathrooms on the main floor, an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 themed kids rooms upstairs. It has very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room and family room as well as in all wet areas. The over sized 2 car garage has been converted into a state of the art game room and movie theater with a 130 inch screen and 7.1 surround sound speakers for tons of enjoyment. The movie theater even has electric reclining theater seats with its own separate air conditioner for those hot days.
Windsor Hills is a guard gated community located just a few minutes away from the I-4, and Disney! This popular community has resort style amenities that include a large heated pool with water slides and spa, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds, and putting green. The 10,000 square foot clubhouse has a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and a Sundry Shop and snack bar.
★ Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon style pool with a large water-slide, hot tub, air conditioned/heated game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, putting green and tennis courts. It also offers discount tickets to theme parks and a shuttle service.
Although we will not be there when you visit the house, we can be available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do. We also have a full time property manager available to answer any questions you may have.

Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry, if you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.
Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating is $30 per day and must be on consecutive days.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

Wow, what an outer space experience I had staying at this place!!!! First, check-in was a breeze, and the lovely email Eddy sent to me was very thoughtful. The place was so clean, and the theater room was out of this world. It was so close to all the locations I needed to go to, and if I had any questions to ask Eddy, he answered them all for me. I cannot wait to come again and stay at this fantastic property. Thank you, Eddy!!!

This home gives you a true vacation feel with its décor and wonderful amenities! The theater room is amazing and the private pool was fun and refreshing. My family and I were entertained at all time without having to leave the home. The entire house was spotless and the Host was very informative and quick to respond. Home was well appointed. Very clean. The pool at the home was great as was the water slide and pool at the clubhouse. Kids had an amazing time. They loved the movie theater and themed bedrooms. Furnishings were much nicer than expected. We felt right at home.
