Amazing property for the quintessential desert valley experience. The house was very clean and the amenities, including pool/hot tub, and a back patio that opens up to a beautiful pond landscape, made for a very relaxing stay. Great golf courses within close proximity as well. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay! It was so quiet and relaxing. We took two kids and they loved the pool, we enjoyed the jacuzzi! Also everything around the house was so clean. There were gardeners around two of the days we were there, we didn’t mind them since they were there for a couple of minutes and then left. You can tell they like keeping the home clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Had the best time at Eddy’s home, definitely going back with family! It was the perfect location and place for my college friends and I to have a weekend girls trip, but would amazing for families as well! Thanks so much to Eddy for providing this amazing vacation spot!

What a wonderful retreat! It felt like we were at a resort, which is what we needed during this stressful time. We were nervous about staying somewhere during Covid, but they did everything to make it feel clean, safe and comfortable. The listing is very accurate and very clean. The peaceful neighborhood, calming views and all the home’s amenities were excellent! The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. We look forward to visiting again when we need to relax and unwind.

The house is beautiful and it’s better than the photos! The back yard with the view to the lake it’s the best place to relax and drink your coffee. We loved the pool and the spa. Eddy is a great host and the communication was perfect. We highly recommend this place.

Casa Pacifico is an amazing spot! High ceilings, great decor, and comfortable living/sleeping areas made our weekend visit memorable. Eddy was great about communication, and had a very easy check-in process. The pool was amazing to cool off from the desert heat, and the retractable awning made for a nice relaxing spot to lay in the shade. The full sized kitchen & outdoor BBQ made it fun to cook dinners for our group. The place was incredibly clean and the host is taking the current pandemic seriously, with ample sanitizer and face masks available throughout the house.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Pacifico! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean!!! We brought our 2 young children and they loved swimming at the pool. Eddy was very attentive and quick to respond. We highly recommend Casa Pacifico!

This place is perfect for couples traveling together! We traveled with two other couples and all loved having our own spaces. The driveway had plenty of room for three cars and there was ample street parking. It's located in a gated community with beautiful views of a pond in the backyard. The place does look just like the photos. The kitchen was very well stocked so we only needed to bring food. The patio area has a retractable awning which covered the entire table and chairs which was perfect for some shade during the middle of the day. The host thoughtfully had hand sanitizers throughout the house and disposable masks at the front. We loved spending our time in the pool or relaxing on the patio furniture. We would be happy to come back!

The house is very clean and so nice! My family and I loved the it! We liked the tall ceilings, big windows, the decor, all the space the house has, the pool and back yard. When we had questions, Eddy got back to us very quickly. We would definitely stay there again! My kids didn’t want to leave they enjoyed the house so much.

If you need some place to get away and enjoy your time while being there, this is the house for you! I’m so glad me and my friends got to experience this location!

Everything you see in this listing is 100% accurate. In fact, it exceeded my expectations in certain areas. Eddie was an amazing host. Probably the best I’ve ever had using Airbnb. He made sure to inform me of all of the Covid safety measures he and his cleaning crew were taking on our behalf. Upon check-in we noticed that there was hand sanitizer and complementary masks throughout the house to keep us safe. His instructions and communication before, during, and after were super thorough, and he was available for anything we needed during our stay. This location was great, the house was lovely and had many amenities, and we definitely got to unplug and relax with the kids in this private mountain-view setting. The only issue we encountered was the temperature of the pool. Unfortunately, the triple-digit summer weather gave the pool a steady temperature of 100 degrees. We took Eric’s advice and ran the cold water from the hose into the pool for a while, and that seemed to cool it off by about 10°. But there really wasn’t anything else we could do. We just decided to swim early in the morning or in the evening and stay inside the house with the AC on playing games and watching movies during the day time. This is not something I would hold against Eddie, but if you are looking to enjoy a house with a pool during summer months, this is important to note. We look forward to enjoying Eddie’s home again... during cooler months. :)

Eddy’s Airbnb is exactly has described. The place was clean, everything worked, the kitchen had everything I needed to make my meals, and we really enjoyed the Kurig coffee. The pool was really warm and didn’t need to be heated. One tip for guests: we were able to use our Apple TV and also found that we liked the TV sound when we unplugged the sound bar. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eddy for your communication even on a holiday weekend. Very communicative host.

Great property and location! Having your own pool and hot tub is awesome! No worrying about getting ready to walk to the pool with all of your things. Just take a step into the backyard and you're there! This spot has all of the amenities (full kitchen, BBQ, washer/dryer, TV's, etc.) You'll definitely enjoy it! Minutes away by car from Ralph's and several golf courses. You'll definitely enjoy the stay!

Would definitely book again. Beautiful home. Be wary of hefty fines for “Quiet Hours”. Everything was perfect from when we arrived to when we left. 10/10

This place was perfect! It was super quiet and relaxing with plenty of room to unwind. I loved the high ceilings and how open the back area was. The kitchen had every kind of dish and cookware you could ever need, and pool area was very peaceful and quiet. The master bath was my favorite. More space than you could ever need. Eddy was VERY responsive whenever I had questions. Would happily stay at any property he manages again!

I have to say it was by far the BEST place we stayed so far. My guests and I were very sad to leave. The listing is very accurate and very CLEAN! The quiet neighborhood, spectacular views, convenient home set up, all the extra amenities....were great. We have rented many homes and the property manager was very quick to respond to any question I had and gave suggestions on things to do in the area. You will not be disappointed! This place is true gem!

My family and I had an AMAZING time at this house! So clean, spacious, the pool and jacuzzi are so nice along with the spectacular views in and around the house of the golf course and mountains. Would recommend and stay here again!

Everything was very comfortable a few minor tweaks of not being able to find light switches —- but the kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough and more—- and the backyard is beyond relaxing! Eddie is quick and easy to communicate with!

This was a great place... one of the better rentals I’ve used. It is in extremely good/updated condition, has high quality features (bedding, appliances, etc) and was immaculate. The pool and setting were really nice as well, and the host was extremely responsive. I’d definitely recommend this property.
