*For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.
*The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
*Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.
*All non-resident drivers and vendors must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license upon request.

Inside The Home

Casa Mirabelle offers more than 3,000 square feet of inviting indoor-outdoor living in a peaceful cul-de-sac setting. The single-level home features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a detached casita, providing plenty of space and privacy for families and groups.

The open living areas are filled with natural light and framed by beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Inside, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast counter, a formal dining room, a comfortable great room with a gas fireplace, a dedicated office, and a custom wine room.

Step outside to a spacious furnished patio overlooking the 10th hole of the Nicklaus Private Course. Spend sunny afternoons beside the private pool, unwind in the oversized eight-person spa, or prepare an outdoor meal at the built-in BBQ while enjoying the peaceful desert scenery.

Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Getting Around

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Important Info

We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

To get there, head to Jefferson Street south to PGA West. Enter Palmer gate and proceed to Riviera. Turn left on Riviera and proceed to Cedar Crest. Turn left and home is 3/4 way down the street on your right.

Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $500 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.

General Restrictions
• No parties or events
• No smoking
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM (city/HOA ordinances)
• No amplified outdoor music (city ordinances)

Guests & Occupancy
• Guest count must match reservation
• Unauthorized guests may be charged or cause cancellation without refund

Noise & Neighbor Policy
• First disturbance: $500 charge
• Second disturbance: eviction
• Guests responsible for HOA fines

Pool & Spa
• Pool heating and spa heating are billed through utilities and weighed against utility caps

Keys & Access
• No entry before check-in time
• Lockbox, door codes, or keys will be provided prior to arrival
• Lost/unreturned keys, gate cards, or remotes: $50–$150 fee

Property Care
• Keep home in good order
• Bag and dispose of trash in provided containers
• Wash dishes or load dishwasher
• Leave floors clean
• Lock all doors/windows when leaving
• Turn off lights, heat, and AC at departure

Approvals & Special Use
• Pets, commercial photography, and events require written approval
• Unauthorized pets: up to $1,500 charge or loss of deposit
• Events/photoshoots require insurance and fees

Maintenance & Service
• No refunds for equipment malfunctions (desert climate can affect systems)
• Issues will be addressed promptly
• Homeowner may access property for gardener/pool service

Security & Monitoring
• Exterior cameras at entrances, courtyard, sides, and rear (no interior cameras)
• Noise sensors inside/outside monitor sound levels only (no audio recorded)
