Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Located within the gated Desert Breezes community in Palm Desert, Casa Augustine offers a peaceful resort-style setting with beautifully maintained grounds, walking paths, tennis and pickleball courts, community pools and spas, fitness center, and clubhouse amenities. The home is centrally located near Indian Wells Tennis Garden, El Paseo shopping and dining, world-class golf courses, casinos, hiking trails, polo grounds, and Acrisure Arena. Guests enjoy convenient access to many of the Coachella Valley’s most popular attractions while still enjoying a quiet residential atmosphere ideal for extended stays and seasonal living.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Wireless internet is available throughout the home.

Utilities are included up to a monthly allowance. Any overages may be billed to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.

This home is located within a quiet residential community. No parties or events are allowed, and guests are expected to respect community rules, neighbors, and quiet hours at all times.

Only registered guests are permitted at the property. Please provide a complete guest list prior to arrival.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.
Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

Guests & Occupancy
• Guest count must match reservation
• Unauthorized guests may be charged or cause cancellation without refund

Noise & Neighbor Policy
• First disturbance: $500 charge
• Second disturbance: eviction
• Guests responsible for HOA fines

Pool & Spa
• Pool heating and spa heating are billed through utilities and weighed against utility caps

Keys & Access
• No entry before check-in time
• Lockbox, door codes, or keys will be provided prior to arrival
• Lost/unreturned keys, gate cards, or remotes: $50–$150 fee

Property Care
• Keep home in good order
• Bag and dispose of trash in provided containers
• Wash dishes or load dishwasher
• Leave floors clean
• Lock all doors/windows when leaving
• Turn off lights, heat, and AC at departure

Approvals & Special Use
• Pets, commercial photography, and events require written approval
• Unauthorized pets: up to $1,500 charge or loss of deposit
• Events/photoshoots require insurance and fees

Maintenance & Service
• No refunds for equipment malfunctions (desert climate can affect systems)
• Issues will be addressed promptly
• Homeowner may access property for gardener/pool service
