Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Overview

Escape to a spacious gated La Quinta retreat featuring approximately 2,900 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms (including an attached casita with private entrance), 3.5 bathrooms, and a private pool and spa. Designed for comfort and privacy, this desert home offers open-concept living, multiple dining areas, and a fully walled backyard ideal for relaxing under the sun. Perfect for families, golf groups, and extended stays. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: No pets allowed.
