Perfect for families, golf groups, and extended stays. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: No pets allowed.
