Two additional guest rooms — one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds — offer flexible sleeping arrangements in well-lit, stylish settings. Two full bathrooms and a convenient powder room serve the home, all appointed with modern fixtures and a warm, clean aesthetic. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer adds to the home's long-stay appeal. For indoor recreation, Casa de Nina features a dedicated game / living area with a classic-style pinball machine and foosball table, along with bar-height seating — a perfect bonus space for unwinding or entertaining. Outdoors, a private saltwater pool and raised spa take center stage, framed by swaying palms, mountain views, and desert landscaping. Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Getting Around

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Important Info

We are available for any questions or suggestions on where to go and what to do by phone or text. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
