Slide open the doors and step outside to your private oasis. Spend mornings soaking in the heated saltwater spa, afternoons stretched out by the shimmering pool, and evenings grilling and dining al fresco while the San Jacinto Mountains glow in the background. Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code for the front door and the property location and more.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

Pool heating is $75 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated. Dogs up to 30 pounds are permitted at 125.00 per dog per stay. Maximum 2 Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. No smoking indoors Pets allowed only with prior approval and with a fee per pet.
