Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Enter Santa Rosa Trail through the main gate on Madison Street. The home is located at 57721 Santa Rosa Trail, La Quinta, CA. Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. Garage and driveway parking are available; street parking may be limited. No smoking and no pets allowed. The property is professionally cleaned and maintained before each stay. Free high-speed wireless WiFi access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable channel availability may vary.

Each bedroom is a private suite with its own bathroom, including a luxurious primary suite with French doors opening directly to the pool.
