Guest Access & Arrival

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. - Free high-speed wireless Wi-Fi (1Gb/1000Mbps) is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area. - You can sign into your own streaming services, which with automatically log you out upon check-out. - Check-in time: 4 PM, Check-out time: 11 AM. - Please leave the trash on the side of the home for pick-up. A company is hired to take out the trash. - If you have time, kindly strip used beds and leave bedding in the laundry. Starting a load of laundry is appreciated but not mandatory. - Any unlisted guests will incur a $200 fine per person. Please provide a list of all guests and drivers for access. - Indulge in a selection of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits while enjoying indoor entertainment or cozying up by the inviting fire pit.

House Rules

• Cameras are installed outside, at the front door, and above the garage. They are installed for your safety and peace of mind. No other cameras are on the property. No parties or events • Only registered guests are allowed overnight • Do not use the premises for any illegal activities • No smoking in the house • No metal utensils on cookware • No glass by the pool. If glass breaks in the pool, guests will be charged for draining and cleaning. • Please hand wash plastic wine glasses. They are not dishwasher safe. • Items at the property are for your use during your stay. We kindly ask that you ensure everything remains on the premises. Any items found to be missing after your departure will need to be reported to Airbnb, and guests may be charged accordingly. • Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb • Feel free to park on the driveway, garage, or street • Street sweeping occurs the first Friday of each month (noon- 4pm). Please refrain from parking on the street at this time. • Check out is at 11am unless approved by the host 1 business day prior to check out. • If you are staying Wednesday night, please take the trash and recycling cans to the curb. Trash pickup is on Thursday morning. Please bring back trash cans to side of house after pickup. • Wash any used dishes prior to check out. • All pets need preapproval when booking • Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the pool • Please clean up after your pet • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC OUTSIDE (La Quinta City Ordinance #9) • No parties or events • • No smoking - City Noise Ordinances 10PM - Early or Late check in/out available at extra cost - Guest responsible for all HOA fines - Pool Heating fee (Spa heating is free) Respect 10PM noise ordinances - If for any reason neighbors or security are involved guest is responsible first warning $500 charge, second disturbance is grounds for eviction. We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking and parties are not permitted. We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying. Guest-Renter Responsibilities & Terms & Conditions: GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICIES - CITY NOISE ORDINANCES - IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: You certify and agree to honor the specified occupancy limits for this home (see listing on website) and conduct yourselves in a manner respectful of neighbors by refraining from loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, disruptive parties, over-occupancy or any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, traffic flow, the community, and residents. Renter/ tenants and guests will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA). PRIOR APPROVAL & PERMISSION REQUIRED - PETS, COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, EVENTS: If a pet is brought without permission, or to a non-pet-friendly home, a charge of up to $1500.00 may be charged to the credit card or security deposit is forfeited. Commercial photography and Events are NOT permitted without prior expressed written consent of owner or agency. Special insurance is required to be purchased by Lessee for events, photography and film shoots including homeowner as additional insured and additional event and photography fees apply. GUEST CHECKIN AND KEYS Guests are not permitted on the property prior to check-in. Each property has a secure lock-box near the entrance of the home with a key inside. You will receive your lock-box combo 1 day prior to arrival. Important: Please return the keys to lock-box upon departure. For non-return or loss of keys, gate cards, and remotes a $50.00 to $150.00 service fee applies. The sand, heat, and wind of our desert climate create a tough environment for home mechanical systems. This can sometimes result in equipment failure. Every reasonable effort will be made to remedy unforeseen situations, and correct any problems in as timely manner as possible. No refunds or credits due to malfunctions in systems or equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to required weekly gardener service & pool service, arranged by homeowner. CHECK-OUT is promptly at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless specific arrangements are made in advance. Late departures will be charged an additional night. Please close and lock all doors, sliders, windows, a fee will be charged for leaving the home unsecured. Please turn off lights, heat or AC. Before departing, please bag trash and place it in containers provided. All dishes & cookware should be cleaned and put away, or placed in dishwasher. Carpets-floors should be in same clean condition as you found them to prevent additional charges. EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND NOISE SENSING DEVICES ON THE PROPERTY External security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security reasons. They are located in the front door, courtyard (if existing), sides and rear of the property. Cameras are activated by movement and motion There are NO CAMERAS on the interior of the property. Sound monitoring devices are located internal and external to the property. No sound is recorded, simply monitoring the noise level for compliance with the HOA and City Regulations.
