For the greatest flexibility during your stay, we recommend having a personal vehicle. Casa de Vista includes convenient parking, making it easy to explore everything the Coachella Valley has to offer.

If you're flying into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), taxis, Uber, and Lyft are readily available and provide convenient transportation throughout the desert. Ride-share services are especially popular during major events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, and the BNP Paribas Open, allowing guests to enjoy the festivities without the hassle of driving or parking.

Whether you're heading to a championship golf course, enjoying dinner in Old Town La Quinta, shopping along El Paseo, or exploring the many attractions throughout the valley, you'll find getting around easy and convenient.

Occupancy & Additional Guests
Rates are based on the number of guests included in your reservation. Additional guests may increase the nightly rate.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please provide the names of all guests and any drivers requiring gate access before your arrival.
Unregistered guests are subject to a $200 fee per person.
Rental Agreement
A signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not completed prior to your arrival.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval. Applicable pet fees are charged per pet.
HOA Rules
Guests are responsible for complying with all HOA rules and regulations during their stay.
Any fines or citations issued by the HOA as a result of guest actions will be the responsibility of the guest.

Arrival Instructions

Enter PGA Boulevard from Jefferson Street, then proceed to the Palmer Security Gate. Please provide your name and the property address to the gate attendant for access.

Trash Service

Please leave all trash containers inside the garage.

Our team will:

Move the containers to the curb on Sunday evening
Return them to the garage on Monday afternoon

Please do not place trash cans or trash bags at the curb yourself, as the HOA may issue a citation. Trash collection typically occurs early Monday morning (around 6:00 AM).

Departure (Appreciated, but Not Required)

If time permits before your departure, we greatly appreciate the following:

Place used towels in the bathroom.
Strip used beds and place the linens in the bedroom laundry baskets.
If possible, start one load of laundry.

Thank you for helping our housekeeping team prepare the home for our next guests.

Golf Course Access

PGA West golf courses are private and are available only to guests with a paid tee time. Entering the golf courses without authorization is considered trespassing and may result in HOA enforcement.

Outdoor Grill

The outdoor BBQ is connected to a natural gas line for your convenience. Please ensure the grill is turned off after each use.

House Rules

• Rates are based on occupancy, and extra guests may increase the nightly rate.
• Guests are responsible for any HOA or city citations during their stay.
***Pet Policy (Subject for approval)
The pet fee is $150+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.
Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.
Pets must always be leashed within the community.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.
Pets cannot be up on any furniture.

• Respect City Noise Ordinances at 10PM. If for any reason neighbors or security are involved guest is responsible first warning $500 charge, second disturbance is grounds for eviction. We ask that you enjoy yourself, but smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. We ask that people respect the reservation they committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in the reservation. If additional people stay in the house outside of the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund or charge an additional fee for each person staying.

Guest-Renter Responsibilities & Terms & Conditions: GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICIES - CITY NOISE ORDINANCES - IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: You certify and agree to honor the specified occupancy limits for this home (see listing on website) and conduct yourselves in a manner respectful of neighbors by refraining from loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, disruptive parties, over-occupancy or any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors, traffic flow, the community, and residents. Renter/ tenants and guests will maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

PRIOR APPROVAL & PERMISSION REQUIRED - PETS, COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, EVENTS: If a pet is brought without permission, or to a non-pet-friendly home, a charge of up to $1500.00 may be charged to the credit card or security deposit is forfeited. Commercial photography and Events are NOT permitted without prior expressed written consent of owner or agency. Special insurance is required to be purchased by Lessee for events, photography and film shoots including homeowner as additional insured and additional event and photography fees apply.

GUEST CHECKIN AND KEYS Guests are not permitted on the property prior to check-in. Each property has a secure lock-box near the entrance of the home with a key inside. You will receive your lock-box combo 1 day prior to arrival. Important: Please return the keys to lock-box upon departure. For non-return or loss of keys, gate cards, and remotes a $50.00 to $150.00 service fee applies. The sand, heat, and wind of our desert climate create a tough environment for home mechanical systems. This can sometimes result in equipment failure. Every reasonable effort will be made to remedy unforeseen situations, and correct any problems in as timely manner as possible. No refunds or credits due to malfunctions in systems or equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to inspect and service the home during your visit, including, but not limited to required weekly gardener service & pool service, arranged by homeowner. CHECK-OUT is promptly at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure unless specific arrangements are made in advance. Late departures will be charged an additional night. Please close and lock all doors, sliders, windows, a fee will be charged for leaving the home unsecured. Please turn off lights, heat or AC. Before departing, please bag trash and place it in containers provided. All dishes & cookware should be cleaned and put away, or placed in dishwasher. Carpets-floors should be in same clean condition as you found them to prevent additional charges.

EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND NOISE SENSING DEVICES ON THE PROPERTY External security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for security reasons. They are located in the front door, courtyard (if existing), sides and rear of the property. Cameras are activated by movement and motion There are NO CAMERAS on the interior of the property. Sound monitoring devices are located internal and external to the property. No sound is recorded, simply monitoring the noise level for compliance with the HOA and City Regulations.
